ph binggo Terms and Conditions – Rules That Govern Your Use of the Platform
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the ph binggo platform. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any part of the service. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing phbinggo.pro, registering an account, or using any feature of the ph binggo platform — including the sportsbook, slot games, live casino, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ph binggo. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to ph binggo is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

ph binggo reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their participation is lawful in their location.
3Account Creation, Security, and Suspension
Each user may hold only one registered account on the ph binggo platform. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph binggo will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify ph binggo immediately by contacting support.
Account suspension and closure: ph binggo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, used by an ineligible person, or flagged for suspicious transaction patterns. In cases of verified fraud or abuse, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where no breach is found, account closure requests will be processed and remaining eligible balances returned after verification.
4User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the ph binggo platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's technical systems, games, or security infrastructure.
- You will not engage in collusion, match manipulation, bonus abuse, or any form of fraudulent play.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage on any part of the platform.
- You will not use the platform in a way that harms other users, ph binggo's systems, or third parties.
- You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on the platform — including sports betting results, slot spins, and live casino results — are determined by chance or by real-world sporting events, and ph binggo does not guarantee any specific outcome.
ph binggo reserves the right to investigate and take action — including account suspension and forfeiture of winnings — against any user found to have violated these usage rules.
5Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on ph binggo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through locally supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, InstaPay bank transfer, and QR Ph. ph binggo does not accept payments in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied by the platform.
Deposits are credited to your account after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification — you must complete the KYC process before your first withdrawal request can be approved. ph binggo targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals during standard business hours for verified accounts, but actual timelines depend on the payment provider.
ph binggo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if verification is incomplete, or if the account is under review. Deposits made in error by the platform will be reversed. Users are not entitled to interest on deposited funds held in their account balance.
6Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third Parties
Limitation of liability: ph binggo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph binggo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from gaming activity, technical outages, or payment delays outside our direct control.
Intellectual property: All content on the ph binggo platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of ph binggo or its licensed content providers. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-party services: The platform may reference or integrate third-party payment providers and game content suppliers. ph binggo is not responsible for the practices, policies, or performance of these third parties. Any issues with a third-party payment provider must be resolved directly with that provider, though ph binggo support can assist in escalating disputes where applicable.
7Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
ph binggo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users where reasonably practicable. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the ph binggo platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
